Just My Imagination

What if you came to know some things as facts but woke up to see things have changed in a way you never expected? That's just what happened to Greg House. In one moment, he is hiding from the law so Wilson doesn't die from cancer alone, and the next...wakes up in his office at Princeton Plainsborough with the office still his, his team still being Thirteen, Taub and Chase and Foreman, and with Wilson still running Oncology, and Cuddy's still the Dean. Something else is different and odd too...a patient he noticed in the ER when he walked past, if he didn't know better would have sworn was Allison Cameron. Is this all true, or his own vivid crazy imagination?
